At Dokfo we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. Most importantly: your PDF files are processed entirely in your browser and never uploaded to our servers.
What We Collect
We collect the minimum data needed to operate the service: account information (email, name) when you sign up, anonymized usage analytics, and payment information processed by our payment provider. We do not store your PDF files.
How We Use Data
We use your data to provide and improve the service, process payments for premium plans, send service updates, and prevent abuse. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
Your Files
Dokfo processes your PDF files entirely in your browser using WebAssembly. Your files are never uploaded to our servers or stored anywhere outside your device. We cannot see, access, or recover your files.
Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies for authentication and remembering preferences. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and Google AdSense to display ads to free-tier users. You can opt out by disabling cookies in your browser.
Your Rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us. EU users have additional rights under GDPR including data portability.
